Michael J. Bongiovanni, CPA, MS

Michael J. Bongiovanni, CPA, MS is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida with a MBA degree. He has five years experience with a "Big 5" CPA firm, three years as a CFO for a publicly traded company and over 10 years as President and CEO of Greentree Financial Group, Inc. His diverse SEC industry experience includes financial audits and SEC reporting compliance for publicly traded companies and broker/dealers in securities. In addition to his SEC expertise, he provides client services in the areas of equity financing, and helping owner-managed entrepreneurial clients succeed. His vision is to provide the highest quality of services to the clients he serves and help achieve their goals, whatever they may be. This means going beyond traditional SEC compliance services and helping companies access the capital markets. He takes pride in offering straightforward solutions and identifying opportunities.

Robert C. (Chris) Cottone, CPA

Robert C. (Chris) Cottone, CPA VP of Greentree Financial Group, oversees the capital markets policies and procedures implemented by the firm in the area of federal and state securities consulting and compliance. He is also responsible for monitoring legislative activities effecting securities issues. With more than a decade of service to the business community, Chris has been instrumental in guiding the careers of many of the nation's new entrepreneurs. Chris has an undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University and is extremely involved in professional and civic organizations. Chris is a member of both the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. He is a frequent contributor to various publications and periodicals and lectures frequently to professional organizations. His articles have appeared in newsletters dedicated to increasing the profitability of business owners and their advisors.

Thomas K. Carter, CPA

Thomas K. Carter, CPA with Greentree Financial Group. He is an accounting graduate from Georgia State University with a Bachelor's degree in accounting and from Florida International University with a Master's degree in accounting. He has fifteen years of experience in SEC audits, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, forensic accounting, income taxes, resolving IRS disputes, and SEC financial statement preparation.

Miss Tracy Luo, MS

Miss Tracy Luo, MS is an associate and a graduate of University of North Carolina with a Master’s degree in Economics, with an emphasis in Finance. Ms. Luo has worked with publicly traded companies for over seven years, including assisting with financial statement audits, SEC reporting compliance and compliance for broker/dealers in securities. Ms. Luo is knowledgeable in both Chinese GAAP and US GAAP. She speaks both Mandarin and Cantonese, writes in both simplified Chinese (mainland China) and traditional Chinese (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and oversea).

Miss Tsang Yan Yu, (Betty)

Miss Tsang Yan Yu, (Betty) is an associate Greentree Finacial Group. She is an accounting graduate from the Guangdong University of Technology in 2002. Miss Tsang is an intermediate accountant in China, she has more than 6 years of accounting experience in commerce. She is knowledgeable in the PRC national accounting system and relevant rules.

Miss May Xiaowei Li

Miss May Xiaowei Li is an associate. Ms. Li knows Chinese accounting statutes and Chinese domestic tax laws and regulations well. She is familiar with the overall account of the incorporation, as well as accumulating more than 16 years of working experiences in accounting, auditing and taxation. She used to work as supervisor of financial audit and accounting at several companies. In 1994, Ms. Li completed her study at Guangzhou Radio & TV University majoring in financial accounting and obtained the accountant qualification in 1997.

Miss Fan Yuan Jing, (Geri)

Miss Fan Yuan Jing, (Geri) is an associate Greentree Finacial Group. Miss Fan also works as a financial advisor assistant with the Greentree Financial Group (China), Inc. In 2006, she graduated from the honors bachelor degreevv program with a major in accounting at The University of Hull in England. She is a student member in the professional stage (with 12 out of 14 papers exemption) of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2006.
